My job as the Chief of Staff is to work closely with my Deputy Chief of Staff and make sure that ALL community rules and regulations and being followed by every member of the community. We would review and supervise the Admin Team to ensure that we deal with rule breakers accordingly. We also choose new dedicated and smart members to join the admin team.
